  • Manmade leather. This is not leather at all but is creates from synthetic materials that are bonded to rubber and fabric.  Manmade leather is often called pleather, which combines the words leather and plastic.

  • When searching for wholesale bags, know the bag that you’re looking for.  If it’s a popular style, you’ll be able to find lots of pictures of it online.  Learn the details of the bag.  For instance, when buying a Coach bag, look to see that the two “Cs” on the bag’s pattern are touching and that the pattern lines up on any pockets on the front or back.  A genuine Coach bag will also have a serial number that can be found inside the purse on a square patch of leather.
  • Pay attention to quality.  Phony or fake bags will not be stitched as well as designer originals.  The stitching may look sloppy.  The stitches will be the same length, and none of them will be stitched over. There will be no loose strings.
  • Trust your instinct.  If a deal on wholesale handbags seems too good to be true, then chances are good that you’re right!

The Wide World Of Men’s Wallets

The one accessory that a man uses everyday is the wallet, and there are tons of men’s wallets on the market today.  When selecting a wallet for yourself or as a gift for someone, you need to find one that will fit both your needs and your style.  Before shopping, think about the things that you like to carry inside your wallet, as well as how small or big a wallet you prefer.

Styles of Men’s Wallets

There is a plethora of different wallets available.  The most common styles are bi-fold and tri-fold wallets.  As you might assume from their names, these wallets are the type that fold either in two parts or three parts to make it possible for you to fit the wallet into your back pocket.  The bi-fold creates less of a bulge in your back pocket while the tri-fold has more room for the things that you carry with you.  For the executive look, the breast coat wallet is a good choice. This style of wallet is large enough to accommodate a check book and fits into the inner pocket of a suit jacket.  There is also a wallet that fits into your shirt pocket that features a clip that helps hold the wallet in place.  A men’s wallet, a.k.a. credit card wallet, usually made for carrying in the shirt pocket, is big enough to hold only an I.D. card and a few credit cards, as well as cash, if the cash is folded up.

Features of Men’s Wallets

When shopping for a man’s wallet, you should also keep in mind any additional features that you like.  For example, you may like the idea of carrying photos with you, and if so, you’ll want a wallet that features a fold out photo holder.  There are wallets with chains that are perfect for securing the wallet in a crowd.  And if you don’t like to carry change in your pant pocket, then there are men’s wallets that feature a zippered or snap change compartment.

You will also need to select the material that you wish for the wallet to be constructed of.  Leather is an invariably popular choice for men’s wallets, as is canvas.  Leather has a more formal feel for days when you are dressed up while canvas men’s wallets are more casual, and go well with jeans and casual slacks.  Leather will be more expensive than canvas, of course, and will last much longer.
